Ocorreu na noite deste domingo (22) no Nokia Theatre em Los Angeles, a 65ª edição dos Prêmios Emmy, o considerado por muitos o “Oscar da televisão” nos Estados Unidos.
Apresentado pelo ator Neil Patrick Harris, da série “How I met your mother”, a grande novidade para está edição ficou para o aclamado show “Breaking Bad”, que levou pela primeira vez o prêmio de e Melhor série de Drama após sua quinta e última temporada.
Outra produção que sai vencedora da premiação é o mais recente trabalho do cineasta Steven Soderbergh, o longa produzido pelo cana HBO Behind The Candelabra, que após ser recusado por estúdios de Hollywood, levou o prêmio de melhor diretor no Emmy 2013. O projeto ainda levou o primeiro de Melhor Melhor ator em minissérie/filme com Michael Douglas, que vive o pianista Liberace no papel principal.
